John McArthur | Chief Executive Officer
John has been CEO at Tracsis since its formation in January 2004. John started his career with Arthur Andersen, later working for technology venture capital company, Axiomlab plc and as an Investment Manager for Techtran - Leeds University’s preferred commercialisation partner. John has a first degree in Management Science.

Max Cawthra | Finance Director
Max joined Tracsis in September 2010 as Financial Controller and was promoted to the Board as Finance Director in August 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Ernst & Young, and prior to joining Tracsis spent seven years at Persimmon plc in a variety of roles.

Rod Jones | Non-Executive Chairman
Rod has held a number of senior management roles in several technology companies including European Vice President at Cincom Systems and President of NASDAQ listed Ross Systems. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Proactis plc - an AIM quoted provider of spend control software. Rod is chairman of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

John Nelson | Non-Executive Director
John has been involved in the rail industry for most of his working life. He has held a number of senior positions including Chief Executive of Network South East and has also headed up the Eastern Region which was responsible for over a quarter of Britain’s rail network. He is currently Chairman of First Class Partnerships - a strategic consultancy business which services the UK and international rail industries. John is also currently a non-executive director of Hull Trains, Marylebone Railway and YourRail Limited. John is a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Charles Winward | Non-Executive Director
Charles has a held a number of investment roles including Vice President of Technology Infrastructure at JP Morgan Chase & Co. He is currently Investment Manager at IP Group plc - a company which holds shares in Tracsis through Techtran. Charles has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bristol. Charles is a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
