New Compass release enhances safety management at top rail operator

Following an extensive project upgrade, a new release of Compass was successfully implemented throughout the four operating companies of Translink in May 2016.
The ultimate aim of the upgrade was to ensure that Translink's internal structure and processes aid improvement in safety leadership via the enhanced management and monitoring of performance.
The Compass upgrade has improved data recording, the detailed tracking of accident/incident registration and the completion and assurance of effective work flows which, in turn, assist in the sharing of knowledge and lessons learned throughout all levels of the Translink business.
