Tracsis is delighted to announce that TRACS Enterprise, its revolutionary resource management software application, has been announced winner of a prestigious Modern Railways Industry Innovation Award in the Operations and Performance category.
TRACS Enterprise is one of Tracsis’ latest software developments. A highly-available, cloud-hosted system that provides a single source of information for all human resource planning and work allocation on the network. Rail staff can access the system online via any web browser equipped device such as a PC, tablet or mobile phone.
The application beat tough competition and was favoured by judges for its potential to manage short term human resources and work allocation right across the network quickly, easily and at low cost.
The system is rail specific, containing features that include managing skills and skill retention, such as route and traction knowledge. It also prevents violations of working Terms and Conditions.
