These boards have been provided by the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation, giving details of charities that can help anyone who is struggling with their mental health - including a QR code to their own page.
The foundation was created in the memory of Charlie Dallas Lancaster, and exists to support a variety of charities across York, North Yorkshire and beyond. You can read more about them here: https://cdlf.uk/
This year, our Head of People & Culture - AJ (Annabel) Waller, plans to support their largest annual event “A Mile a Life”, which runs in May, and we hope to rally some troops to join her! The foundation encourages participants to attempt to cover miles for each death lost to suicide in the preceding year, ending with participants coming together in York to walk the final miles of the challenge - https://lnkd.in/ex8fDS4F
They are also hosting an annual ball in November at York Racecourse - what a perfect excuse to dress up and support this amazing charity (https://lnkd.in/e7JScjYG)
A huge thank you to the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation!
