University of York Campus

Our client required up to 30 workers willing to approaching members of the public to undertake short interviews, whilst others would be noting car park occupancy. We were given various locations on the campus to work from in an allocated timescale.

Our dedicated Staffing Team vetted workers from our extensive database to ensure they met our customer focussed requirement. We provided the workers with all the information needed as well as a full description of what was expected from the client on site. All workers were given an overall brief and were checked the day before to ensure attendance.

We successfully supported our client with all the staff they required gaining all the valuable information that was needed from the survey. It was noted that our workers appeared smart, enthusiastic and polite. Our client was extremely impressed that all 30 workers attended, fully informed and prepared for their required tasks.

Our client required workers to record Tram fleet numbers, timing information, capacity and Passenger Boarding and Alighting information. We were given 5 locations that required covering with set timescales to complete the task.

Sheffield Parking Beat Survey

Our client required workers to undertake car park surveys on specified routes. We were asked to walk a route every hour and record partial vehicle registration plates. We were given the required number of workers needed as well as an allocated timescale to complete the task.
