Tracsis has been appointed to provide consultancy services to a large overseas transport company as part of a new franchise bid.
We were selected as the best overall supplier by the franchise winner due to our proven track record and strong reputation for technical excellence and significant industry experience.
Our client wants to duplicate previous successes they have achieved in the past with our assistance, incorporating the unique processes and subtle regional differences required for the new franchise. We will work in partnership with our client to review their committed performance reporting obligations against current processes and their desired position, both for the 'Go Live' stage of the franchise and beyond in order to achieve further operational improvements.
The Tracsis rail consultancy team will make recommendations based on the resulting gap analysis obtained from the review, and will also provide project management and technical expertise to help our client implement and achieve the required processes for a seamless franchise handover.
