As Alex Warner, Managing Director, Tracsis Transport Consultancy explains “Flash Forward has always been renowned for its great value, cutting-edge recruitment capability and the successful permanent appointments and interim placements it has made, from Board level to frontline management and specialist positions across all parts of the rail, bus and coach sectors. That many of our Executive Search & Selection team has worked in the types of roles that we recruit and have a strong working experience and knowledge of the transport industry, means that we continue to have an invaluable insight that differs to many conventional recruiters and also the ‘inside track’ on emerging and existing talent within the industry. We will take this to even greater heights now that we are part of Tracsis with its significant and diverse footprint in transport.
The new Executive Search & Selection business will offer a variety of tailored recruitment services and products for clients to meet their particular, unique needs - dovetailing with Tracsis Transport Consultancy’s training, coaching, mentoring and consultancy propositions. As Austin explains, “With Alex’s support, we will take to the next level Flash Forward’s renowned pedigree for being at the cutting edge of ‘thought leadership’ around the key challenges and opportunities affecting those working within public transport at a time when the industry is beginning to recover from the pandemic and look to the future in terms of its resourcing needs. These are exciting times”.
