Versatile, extensible, mixed-signal dataloggers.

SA380TX/TX-L logo

The SA380TX is a robust and adaptable trackside data recorder, essentially a smart, industrial-grade monitoring unit designed to help rail operators keep a close watch on critical infrastructure.

Scalable Rail Monitoring

Whether it’s point machines, track circuits, level crossings, temperature sensors, or power supplies, the SA380TX captures high-quality performance data and sends it to remote systems via mobile or wired networks.

It installs directly into standard relay housings, eliminating the need for isolating transformers, and features built-in display diagnostics, backup power, and ample onboard storage. This all-in-one device provides maintenance teams with the visibility they need to detect issues early, reduce manual inspections, and maintain smooth operations.

For larger or more complex sites, the SA380TX can be connected to up to seven TX-L units to form a powerful, networked monitoring system. The TX-L is a streamlined companion device that extends coverage across multiple locations, ideal for simpler monitoring tasks, such as tracking digital and analogue signals.

All data from the TX-Ls is routed through the primary SA380TX, enabling teams to manage everything through a single connection. This setup reduces installation time and communications costs while still delivering the same reliable insights.

Together, the SA380TX and TX-L offer a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective solution for boosting network visibility, minimising downtime, and enabling smarter, data-driven maintenance across the rail network.
