Passenger Counts

While our digital offer is extensive, there are times when clients need the personal touch. With over 25 years of conducting manual counting and mass transit surveys we have provided passenger counts and data analysis for some of the biggest transport authorities and operators in the country.

Recent examples include projects for Southeastern trains, West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority.

We have teams of assessors who are experienced in conducting occupancy surveys along with boarding and alighting counts, the results of which are shared with clients to inform any future decisions for changes to routes and scheduling.
