Mixed-Signal Dataloggers for Comprehensive Rail Monitoring

Designed for flexibility and scalability, these dataloggers offer easily configurable analogue, digital, and serial signal logging capabilities, all from a compact, trackside-ready form factor. With support for a wide variety of assets, including point machines, track circuits, level crossings, power supplies, and environmental sensors, they enable comprehensive monitoring across both simple and complex sites. Our datalogger device offers mixed signal logging capability, designed for easy installation and quick deployment across the rail network.

By capturing high-resolution performance data and transmitting it via mobile or wired networks, this device enables maintenance teams to transition from reactive to proactive strategies, reducing manual inspections and facilitating earlier detection of emerging issues.

When integrated with our Centrix product, collected data is seamlessly consolidated and visualised, allowing users to analyse asset behaviour, set alarms, and identify trends through a single intuitive interface. This end-to-end approach empowers operators to make data-driven decisions, improve reliability, and optimise the maintenance of infrastructure across the rail network.
