Power Supply Monitoring for Safer, More Reliable Rail

This easily configurable device enables power supply integrity monitoring by tracking circuit voltage and resistance to earth, even on systems that operate intermittently. With fast insulation resistance testing and earth-loop monitoring, maintenance teams can detect early signs of degradation or electrical faults, enabling proactive intervention before issues escalate into service-affecting failures.

Deployed across various locations, from lineside cabinets to control rooms, the data logger is used by infrastructure managers and rail operators to enhance safety, reduce downtime, and ensure system resilience.

Captured data is automatically transmitted to Centrix, where it is visualised alongside other asset performance metrics. Engineers can set alerts, trend long-term behaviour, and investigate root causes without the need for manual inspections.

This seamless integration supports condition-based maintenance and facilitates faster fault resolution, delivering a smarter and more reliable approach to managing electrical infrastructure across the railway.
